| jemo - Sound Lounge, Mississauga, Ontario. Performing at Sound Lounge in Mississauga Ontario on May 3, 2006. This was the first show in a few months after jemo had spent some time away from performing to concentrate on writing, rehearsing, and the wheeling and dealing that comes with tour management. Sound Lounge is a little two-storey nook inside the ever elusive "Executive Snooker Club" in Mississauga, that has no indication that such a cool little spot is hidden within. The organization was severely lacking, as was the communication between bands (some bands knew "no drumkits" while Outer Ashes brought theirs anyways. They sounded amazing, but I digress) It was the first time I heard a hand-drum played with the jemo tunes and was seriously awsome. I hope there's more accoustic sets like this one.
